The story of JawTone began 25 years ago, as I watched my mother while she looked at herself in the mirror and exaggeratedly pronounced vowels. Initially, I thought she was going crazy, but 25 years later, I realized that I was wrong. After getting married, having kids, and gaining some excess weight, I decided to lose it and get back in shape. However, even after losing 26lbs, my face remained puffy. I spent 3 years researching and trying different tools to improve my facial look, but nothing seemed to work effectively.

I tried various products including a popular facial muscle exerciser, but wasn't satisfied due to hygiene and safety concerns. This led me to the decision that the solution had to be natural, provide resistance to multiple facial muscles, and be developed using advanced technology. Working with teams across 3 countries, we created JawTone, conducting 7 prototypes of our jawline and facial fitness gum. Our goal was to ensure that it provided enough resistance to work targeted facial muscles, such as the masseter jaw muscle.

Following this, we worked with a leading facial yoga coach to develop exercises that could be used with our product to target specific issues, such as tightening the chin and neck.
